You will need:
- 6oz Whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. of chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. of chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. of chopped chives
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Squeeze of lemon juice from half a lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- You can also add some chopped tomatoes
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
I like to cut up all kinds of in season vegetables and serve with the dip.
It’s also a very nice snack for kids.
