You wil need:
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Puffed Millet
- ½ cup Whole Millet
- ½ cup Raw Sunflower seeds
- ½ cup Raw Pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup flex seeds
- ½ cup slivered raw Almonds
- 2 Tablespoons raw Cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chia meal
For the sticky part:
- 1 cup Agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil (in solid)
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients (but the sticky part) in a bowl and mix well. Now heat up the coconut oil in a pan and add the other sticky ingredients. Make sure they are all combined and then pour the mixture over the oat. Make sure everything coated equal. Transfer granola onto two sheet pans lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes, then stir it up and bake for another 10, till golden brown. If you like your Granola crunchy use the back of a big spoon to press the granola down while cooling, that way you get chunky crunchy pieces.
